World, Film, Game: the transmedia storytelling of Golf Club: Wasteland - Unite LA

Total duration : 50min

Golf Club: Wasteland started with the concept of a post-apocalyptic world in ruins that turned into a playground for the ultra-rich. Only after they developed the world did they design the game, story, and music videos using the same assets and tools within the Unity framework. Closer to a virtual film set with real-time rendering, the experience across multiple media remains cohesive creatively and in terms of the pipelines for different outputs. Hear an overview of the development process for the latest music video from the soundtrack, followed by a look at the workflow, directing, camera scripting, and editing.

Speakers: Igor Simic (Creative Director) and Ivan Stankovic (Head Programmer) - Demagog Studio
